GMS Consulting Services was started in 2002 to help small businesses cope with the technicalities of running a business. We find that almost all small businesses cannot afford a full time technical support person, and as a result are can find themselves struggling with computers and software often getting left behind their competitors and possibly suffering financially, instead of running their business and doing what they do best. Let our business help your business.
As well as providing IT support services we identified a need for all businesses, regardless of the number of employees they have, have little or no knowledge of Human Resources.
We have partnered with a specialist in Human Resources that we can call upon in order to ensure you remain compliant in this extremely important area of employment law.
Using this resource we can supply you with HR support including writing policies and procedures, help with grievance and disciplinary processes, recruitment and retention, management training and business best practice. Our dedicated HR partner also specialises in English, Irish and German employment law, so if your thinking about, or already are, working within Europe, we have the ability to ensure you are compliant here too.
